Who: This group coaching program is for men and women who want to change their lives once and for all but struggle with the
basics and need a step-by-step process to build a strong foundation and let go of old habits.
Expected Results: Significant shifts in habits and sense of identity towards health + new set of daily
routines and practices that build the foundations of vibrant health and great shape + shifts in the way
the body feels, performs, and looks + clear vision to reach a level of mastery.
How: Weekly coaching calls (2 hours) to introduce new topics, hold reflective space for body identity
shift, and facilitate new zero resistance behaviors.
